Effective when this page is published. Marketply uses account email, a Google account identifier and verified email when you choose Google sign-in, and an opaque session cookie to provide and secure your account.

Marketply also processes the business material, workspace content, and requests you choose to provide so the service can deliver its features. Marketply uses this information to operate, secure, and support Marketply. Marketply does not store Google access or refresh tokens for sign-in.

Marketply sends the business material and workspace content you provide to Anthropic, its AI model provider, to produce the campaigns, posts and answers you see. This includes the text you upload or type, and the text of a website you submit. Marketply does not send your material to an AI provider for any purpose other than producing the work in your workspace.

Access is limited to authorized service providers needed to operate Marketply and to legal disclosures when required. Those service providers are Anthropic, and providers of hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, website reading, and image generation. You can request account information through the product's account-export feature and send privacy questions to support@marketply.app.

Marketply retains information while an account or workspace is active and as needed for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and reliable service operation. Workspaces where you are the only owner will stop immediately and become eligible for permanent removal after 30 days. Marketply protects information with access controls and security measures, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
